The $1,499 price includes setup and one year of hosting. After the first year, there is an annual $35.00 fee for hosting the website or purchaser can move the website to a different hosting company.

The website will look like the Demo but with the images and language provided by Buyer. There must be the same number of words for each section of the webpage. We will replace the existing pictures and words with the pictures and words provided by purchaser. The website will be complete within two weeks of receipt of all the pictures and word copy from the buyer. Additional modifications that are requested after original setup will be additional cost.
